Not a lot was expected of this journey and that's exactly what we got. At 17.5% it was the lowest scoring train company of the day, the only one to get a negative score for facilities at the seat.

They don't appear to take First Class seriously. They will charge extra for it but there's nobody on-board to check your ticket and the information display does occasionally say the area is also available for standard class passengers.
